Meet Diane Wilcox, Family Navigator

With more than a decade of experience supporting autistic individuals and their families, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and practical guidance to every family she meets.

Prior to joining Raising Harts, Diane spent nine years leading the Autism Resource Center at The Arc of the South Shore, where she created and managed programs, educational workshops, support groups, and community events for families throughout the region. She also oversaw a high-volume Information and Referral program, helping hundreds of families each year access services, resources, and support systems.

As a DESE Family Service Navigator, Diane worked closely with families of children and young adults ages 6–21, helping them navigate educational systems, community resources, transition planning, and individualized supports. She understands that every autism journey is unique and believes that families deserve personalized guidance that meets them where they are.
