Raising Harts Certificate in Autism Support
Preparing Supporters. Strengthening Communities.
At Raising Harts, we believe that informed, compassionate support can make a meaningful difference in the lives of autistic children and their families. With approximately 1 in 31 children now receiving an autism diagnosis, caregivers, educators, peers, and community members play an essential role in creating inclusive and supportive environments.
About our Training
To support this need, in Winter 2026, we are launching Raising Harts Certificate in Autism Support. This 6-hour in-person training is designed to build awareness, understanding, and practical strategies to help participants engage respectfully and effectively with autistic individuals. The purpose of this program is to increase confidence, empathy, and knowledge. While this program is not to certify or qualify participants to provide clinical, therapeutic, or behavioral intervention, we are hopeful this training could be a springboard for many to pursue these vital roles in the future. This training is designed for parents, caregivers, grandparents, babysitters, and others who play an important role in the life of a child with autism.
