Lauren Davides

PRESIDENT

Lauren is a Certified Public Accountant with a double major in accounting and finance and has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. She's supported many non-profit organizations and was part of the team that started Girls on the Run Greater Boston. She held almost every role at GOTR from daily operations to Board President. Lauren lives in Hingham with her two boys.

Chris Egan, CFA

TREASURER

Chris holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. He has worked in banking and financial services since 2010, and since 2014 has served as an investment analyst at Rockland Trust and, most recently, Brighthouse Financial. His connection to Raising Harts is deeply personal — his oldest son Brayden is autistic, inspiring his passion for supporting and empowering neurodiverse families. Chris lives in Abington with his wife, Lindsey, and their four children — three boys and one girl.

DIRECTOR

Stephanie has spent 20+ years scaling emerging brands to great heights. She's held executive leadership roles for some of the world's hottest brands from Zipcar to MOO to the McBride Sisters. She began her marketing career at Boston.com after studying marketing in college. She has advised companies across a wide range of industries (Tech, CPG, Wine & Spirits, Design, Manufacturing, Non-Profit and the Sharing Economy) and stages (Series A to public),. Stephanie and her family live in Norwell.

Ian is a software engineer and technology executive. His 20ish years of experience have taken him across industries — B2B, B2C, healthcare, and more — and across companies of all sizes, from tiny startups to big public tech companies (Paypal, Salesforce). He’s repeatedly served as an advisor to entrepreneurs and loves helping organizations grow via technology. He holds a MS in Computer Science from Tufts. Ian lives in Scituate with his wife, Adrien, and their two children.

Taylor Patti

DIRECTOR

Taylor is a Certified Public Accountant and has spent the majority of her career working for Deloitte, the largest global professional services firm. While she started her career in accounting, she has spent the last ten years in HR. She currently leads the talent function for Deloitte's New England audit practice. Taylor is also the New England hub leader for Deloitte's People with Disabilities and Allies community. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, cooking, reading, and her newest hobby, mahjong. Taylors lives in Cohasset with her family.
